Join us in the archives for a showcase featuring items related to Kirkwood.
Before the Pullman Yards became an events venue in Kirkwood, there was a proposal for a museum of transportation and industry in the space. Wayne Carey and other Kirkwood neighbors started the project in the late 1990s, but it was not to be. Come check out the proposals, correspondence, and drawings from this project during our Kirkwood showcase.
Additional materials include proposals for parks and greenspace in Kirkwood, items from KRAMM (Kirkwood Against More MARTA), Kirkwood Neighborhood Organization, and much more.
