Archives Showcase: Celebrating the 70th Anniversary of the Brown v Board of Education Decision

Come to the archives on May 7th and 8th to explore some of our education-related files. These include the Roger Mills collection- Roger Mills was a lawyer in DeKalb, working on the Pitts v Freeman desegregation case in DeKalb County. We also have the Narvie Harris collection. Harris began as a Jeanes supervisor and was an educator and administrator in DeKalb for nearly 40 years. We’ll also have some scrapbooks and yearbooks for viewing.
