– Property records, deeds, etc. are housed at the county courthouse, 556 N. McDonough, Decatur.
The Archives Reading/Research Room is open by appointment. Appointments are required to allow time for the archivist to pull records and to make sure that there is enough space for researchers to work in the Archives.
