William Black photo collection
William Black was the staff photographer for Chamblee High School and its yearbook from the late 1940s through the late 1960s. He also served Briarcliff and Cross Keys High Schools, and individuals in the Decatur area. His photos and negatives were donated to the History Center in 1989. Included in this collection are high school sports teams, cheerleaders, school buildings, formal dances, pageants and proms, weddings, individual portraits, the fire department at Emory, the Swan Coach House and much more.
